While always having a sense that everything in the world is inspirited, Lauren began her formal studies and initiation into becoming a spiritual healer in 2019 after being called to this path in a dream by the beautiful spirit of buffalo. Through learning the ancient practice of listening to a drum beat to enter into a trance state and commune within the spirit world, Lauren has cultivated trusted relationships with compassionate spirits who offer guidance, healing, and renewal on behalf of her clients.

 

Having directly experienced the powerful and transformative spiritual healing that is possible through partnering with compassionate spirits, Lauren is passionate about supporting people to heal, find meaningful direction, be released from what is holding them back, connect with their ancestors, learn about their unique gifts and areas of strength, or address what has impacted their ability to live into their full sense of aliveness, purpose, and vibrancy.

 

In addition to individual healing sessions, Lauren also specializes in land and space clearing and tending. By forming respectful relationships with the spirit and human stewards of land, waters, buildings and other structures, Lauren works in partnership to restore harmony where it has been lost or disrupted and support renewed partnerships and right relationship between all beings in shared space.

 

In 2022, Lauren completed Julie M. Kramer’s three-year training program The Art and Practice of Shamanic Healing. Lauren has facilitated two shamanic community leadership councils and participated in numerous collaborations and large-scale projects for space and land tending. Lauren is currently training to be a shamanic teacher for those called to be spiritual healers.
